Wendy Winder

FOUNDER + PARTNER

Wendy is a senior marketing leader with 25+ years of experience in all aspects of marketing, brand management and strategic planning. Her ‘let’s get it done’ attitude, creative vision and aptitude for building teams with a foundation of trust have served her and the wide variety of B2C and B2B companies she worked for with positive results.

You’ll find Wendy with a coffee in one of her endless collection of mugs in one hand, a book in the other and a dog named Rory curled up at her feet. She has an insatiable curiosity to learn new things, a desire to visit every country possible and big love for her two kids and husband.

Meet Cousin Ray

Simply put, Ray is a great human. Likes fishing, camping and hanging out with his family. Basically a cool cat. He isn’t the reason we are called Ray, but it is a nice coincidence to share the same name as someone this cool. Everyone should have a cousin Ray.

Why Named Ray?

Inspired by our favourite Anthony J. D’Angelo quote, ‘Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine.’ - it reminds us of our responsibility to bring the positive energy, to always give more and to give back when we are able to.

Bring the sunshine.

Whatever situation you are heading into, you control the positive energy you are bringing into it. Positive energy is always contagious.

Be yourself.

Be honest and authentic. Don’t let anyone dim your light. The world needs that best version of you.

Give generously.

What you give away will come back to you in spades. We all have a responsibility to give back when we are able to and leave things a little bit better than we found it.

Keep learning.

Be curious. Every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow… and what a blessing to be able to do that.

Be calm.

Things will happen. But freaking out or pointing fingers doesn’t make it better. Take a breath and pragmatically focus on what needs to be done now.

Go together.

We believe in team. It not only makes it possible to achieve so much more, it’s way more fun.

Ray has been instrumental in our company's growth and profitability. Their Principal, Wendy, quickly learned our company structure, set long-range goals with us and provided a 5 yr strategic plan with an intentional road map to success from formulation to implementation.
